Policy
Mini & Maximus will exchange or refund US orders within 30 days of purchase. If any of our merchandise is defective or does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for a refund or exchange. All exchanges must be for items of equal or lesser value. There are no exchanges or refunds on International orders unless it was defective or an error on behalf of Mini & Maximus. All sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges on sale items.
Returned merchandise must be in the original condition, and must be unwashed, unused and accompanied by the original miniandmaximus.com receipt. If you need to make a return or an exchange, please contact info@miniandmaximus.com within 30 days of your purchase. Merchandise purchased from other retailers will not be accepted for exchange or refund. Mini & Maximus merchandise purchased on this site cannot be returned to other retailers.

Our site is secured and every transaction is encrypted during transmission. Your off-line information is also protected and accessible only to authorized personnel. We respect your privacy and will not share or sell any customer information for any reason.

Domestic shipping (USA):
All purchases will be processed and shipped within 3 days of order via USPS Priority mail. Customer will be sent a tracking number. Please allow 3-5 days from ship date for delivery.
International Shipping:
All purchases will be processed and shipped within 3 days of order via USPS Express International or USPS first class. (If the first class option is chosen, there is no tracking number available and Mini and Maximus cannot be held responsible for lost packages.) Customer will be sent an email that includes all relevant shipping information once item is shipped. Please allow up to 3 weeks from ship date for delivery. Should an upgrade in shipping be desire, please email info@miniandmaximus.com with “shipping” in the subject line. Please be sure to include your order number in the body of the email.
Delays may occur due to customs. All custom duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact a local post office for further information concerning custom duties or fees.
US customers outside the state of California pay no sales tax. California residents pay 8.75% sales tax. Users are responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes on merchandise shipped to other states.
Because we are a growing company, occasionally items will be out of stock. We will make every effort possible to replenish stock quickly and will notify you when we expect the item to be back in stock.
