Mini & Maximus will exchange or refund orders within 30 days of purchase. If any of our merchandise is defective or does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for a refund or exchange. All exchanges must be for items of equal or lesser value.
Returned merchandise must be in the original condition, and must be unwashed, unused and accompanied by the original miniandmaximus.com receipt. If you need to make a return or exchange, please contact us at info@miniandmaximus.com within 30 days of your purchase. Merchandise purchased from other retailers will not be accepted for exchange or refund. Mini & Maximus merchandise purchased on this site cannot be returned to other retailers.
